John Weir is the founder of Today's My Day Productions Incorporated established in 2007 as well as the president of the Hypnosis Center For Motivation and Habit Management established in 2001. He is a Board Certified Hypnotherapist through:

In southwestern Pennsylvania, John Weir has worked side by side with the medical community. He has lectured, and presented demonstrations of hypnotism during Pain Control week at Allegheny General Hospital. John was also brought in to work with the employees of Excela Health System, which include Westmoreland, Frick And Latrobe Hospitals, to assist them with smoke cessation, and weight management.
John Weir made his television debut on the TV show, "A Better Life" with host Meredith Baxtor. The show was on self-improvement, and John was the shows Stop Smoking Specialist. This show aired twice on primetime. The first show appeared on Fox 53 on Saturday January 28, 2006 at 7:00pm. The second show aired on WB22 on Saturday February 11, 2006 at 8:00pm.
John Weir has been a guest on the Alan Cox Morning Show on 105.9fm WXDX. He has been a guest on Pittsburgh Sunday Morning with Sean McDowell airing on all 6 Clear Channel Communications stations (102.5fm WDVE, 96.1fm KISS, 105.9fm WXDX, 94.5fm 3WS, 104.7fm NewsTalk and 970am FOX Sports). John was also a guest on the Jack Evens Show that aired on a CBS radio station.
There have been several articles written about John and the work he is doing in the Pittsburgh area. John Weir has been featured in articles in The Trib P.M, The Daily Courier, The Valley Mirror, and The Globe.
As a Stage Hypnotist, John studied under two of the world's most famous and renowned hypnotists, Ormond McGill and Jerry Valley. John has performed at The Boardwalk Hotel and Casino on the strip in Las Vegas, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, The Omni William Penn Hotel, The Carnegie Library of Homestead Music Hall, and made an appearance on the Gateway Clipper in Pittsburgh, PA. John performs for local high schools, colleges, companies, fundraisers, and private parties.
